Addressing individual patient needs to rehabilitate and provide functional and aesthetic dentures, regardless of age or jaw relationship, is a core principle to strive for. Analysis and review of Class I case work are routine but what to do about the exception, like Class II or Class Ill jaw relationships? How are these “exceptions” handled to provide the patient with a functioning denture set. In this program, a focus of treatment planning and setting teeth within empty space, guided by case specific ridge relationships for Class Ill bi-lateral crossblte and end-to-end denture cases, will be addressed. Learn to use the freeway space of tooth placement to your advantage and understand the constraints to avoid for the best tooth arrangement possible in providing every patient with the functional dentures they deserve.
